Gen20XX creates a futuristic work-dystopia as a critique of the current state of the working world. It questions prevailing ideals of hyper-efficiency and -productivity and works through inflated expectations towards employees and employers. It reflects the clash of different work ethics caused by a new generation entering the labor market. How can we escape the constant daily dilemma choosing between high performance, self-fulfillment and healthy mental life?
